At Purovapets, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia. Orders are processed within one to two business days, and delivery typically takes seven to ten business days from dispatch.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

We currently ship within Australia only. If your parcel hasn't arrived within fourteen business days, please contact us and we'll look into it straight away.
